There are two gateways to SPECIALISTERNE.

By occupational clarification
SPECIALISTERNE offer an occupational clarification process, which must be granted, either by the local authorities, or by the employment service. During the labour market clarification process you will be trained in various work related tasks and a supplement for your resource profile will be made as well.

If SPECIALISTERNE have sufficient business within your field of (expertise/)work and you/SPECIALISTERNE in other regards are interested, SPECIALISTERNE may offer you a job on normal terms, flexjob (reduced working capacity) or a job with wage supplement (if you are in early retirement and it is irrelevant to suspend early retirement and transfer to flexjob).

Flexjob and a job with wage supplement require confirmation by the local authority. If you get employed in a flexjob you will be covered by an agreement with the Danish union, HK.

Immediate employment
If you have an ASD diagnose and can document current and relevant work related experience in areas where work is requested by the customers of SPECIALISTERNE and SPECIALISTERNE estimate that you possess a normal working capacity, then SPECIALISTERNE can offer employment on normal terms.
