Occupation clarification

If the candidate does not have any recent, relevant education and job-experience, we recommend a 5 month period of occupation clarification.

During this process the candidate receives training in how to get on with other people in a place of work and in completing work-related tasks. The candidate will be supported by an office manager, a pedagogical consultant and an educational coordinator.

During the occupation clarification SPECIALISTERNE will make an addition to your resource profile as per the guidelines from the ministry.
